The brief was to create a spacious, light and modern kitchen diner from a small and dark room. An extension was built to add space, and under-floor heating was installed. Windows and doors were added to maximise light, including velux roof windows and bi-fold doors. A new kitchen with modern appliances was installed, the ceiling and walls plastered complete with tiling, decoration and lighting.
James Simpson managed the project, installed under-floor heating, fitted the windows, fitted the kitchen and plumbed appliances. James also installed a new heating system throughout the property. Local tradesmen completed remaining tasks.
